DR. BEE HONEYLAND CANADA
Labels, packaging and print for a honey company
I was the in-house designer at Dr. Bee for three years. I redesigned labels and packaging within CFIA guidelines, pitched new label concepts, made campaigns and brochures for English and Chinese audiences, and built the brand for the annual Bees & Blueberries Festival.
25% lower label production costs through printer negotiation.

BRAND GUIDE
A bilingual brand guide
I designed Dr. Bee's 21-page brand guide: logo variations and misuse, clear space, the colour palette, social badges, and headline and body type in English and Mandarin.

BEES & BLUEBERRIES FESTIVAL

BEES & BLUEBERRIES FESTIVAL
A family festival brand
The festival had no consistent branding, so I started with a style sheet, then rolled it out to posters, flyers, signage, newspaper ads and online ads for English and Chinese audiences.
20% more attendees than the year before.

NEWSPAPER ADS
Print ads in Korean and Chinese
For the Bees & Blueberries Festival and seasonal promotions, I designed newspaper ads for Vancouver's Korean and Chinese-language papers, plus the Tri-City News.
I laid out each ad in English, then set the translated Korean and Chinese copy for print.
